Additional Notes: Airmar manufactures replacement speed/temp sensors for their thru-hull “Tri-ducers” with integrated y-cables so if you have one of these transducers and your speed and/or temp sensor fail, you can replace the insert seamlessly without replacing the entire transducer.
This is specifically for the 520ST-MSDF which is an Airmar B44V. It will fit this model and this model only. It will not fit a B44, B744V, B66V, etc, just a “B44V” and the y-cable has the 10-pin Furuno connectors. To install, simply remove your old paddlewheel, install this one, run the cable to your sounder/sounder module, and you will plug the old transducer connector into the y-cable and plug the y-cable connector into your sounder/sounder module. It is literally a plug and play solution.
