Additional Notes: These touch panels come loaded with Windows CE. They are in excellent condition but are being listed as used as we do not know the exact history of these units. We can confirm that when powered on they boot the OS, the touch interface works fine, and both the USB ports and the ethernet jack function. The three-pin power terminal block was missing so we had to power them on using a non-standard connector. This is included but we advise you to obtain the proper connector for long-term installation.
