Additional Notes: This kit is designed for a specific and unique horizon speed transducer that accompanied the SL-1. It has an insert diameter of approx 1-7/16″ and the OD of the threads is about 1.77″. This is different from Radarsonics and Airmar branded housings and inserts that came later. If you have this system and are looking to refresh your insert on your next haulout, this would be an excellent find. Please note: The box photo is to show the box this came out of, nothing else is included…unfortunately, all that was in the box was this kit and the manual (listed separately).
