Product Description

The Vimar 13745.Q is a four-module protective electrical cover designed for Vimar Idea Series devices and compatible Vimar 8000 special modules. Its hinged lid provides access to installed switches, outlets, and electrical controls while protecting the installation when closed.

The cover is manufactured from fully insulating plastic and features a gray RAL 7035 finish. It is designed for use with compatible four-module flush-mounted electrical boxes on smooth, waterproof wall surfaces without grooves.

When correctly installed with the lid closed, the assembly provides IP55 protection against dust ingress and water jets. With the lid open, the manufacturer specifies IPX2 protection against vertically dripping water when tilted up to 15 degrees.

The cover can be used in compatible residential, commercial, and marine electrical installations where additional environmental protection is required. The IP55 rating does not establish separate marine-grade certification.
