We recently evaluated all of our VEI inventory. If you have found this listing, chances are you have a similar monitor and are looking for an exact replacement. You have come to the right place. Our monitors have been rigorously evaluated for LCD clarity and functionality, backlight functionality, functionality of all of the buttons, and of course, functionality of all inputs. If a function was not able to be tested, we have noted that. Any monitors that didn’t make the cut were scrapped, these are the best of the best.

This is a DM20D monitor. It is a 20″ monitor with an overall size of 20 1/4″ X 14 7/8″ and a cutout size of 19 1/4″ X 13 5/8″ It uses proprietary round VEI VGA and DVI input cables. The power cable is a 3-pin. If you are replacing a unit with a different power cable, we do have these cables available separately. This is what is known as a Daylight display. VEI had 4 backlight illumination levels: Super Sun (brightest), Sun, Day, and Pilot (least bright). It is not a problem to install a brighter unit in place of a darker unit but if you are replacing, for instance, a Super Sun monitor with a Day display, just be aware that in direct sunlight situations, it may be more difficult to see than your previous display.

This display comes with a trim bezel. We are not including cables with this display as it is intended as a replacement for an existing display, but if you need cables, we have them listed individually and can assist in getting you what you need.
