This is a 17" VEI Pilot monitor that has been bench tested at out warehouse for functionality. This Monitor is used but overall its in good condition. If you take a look at the pictures you will see in one of them that there is some white hue on the edge of screen. You can only see this when the monitor is off otherwise you can't see when its on. Last but not least the composite port is not working. I did the basic troubleshooting, in which I plug my video source into something else and I got my video.

This unit does not come with a remote keypad or power cable.
