Additional Notes: This is a 12″ Pilot monitor. It is an 12″ monitor with an overall size of 14.5″X 11″ and a cutout size of 13 3/8″ X 10″ It uses proprietary round VEI VGA input cables. The power cable is a 3-pin. This is what is known as a Pilot display. VEI had 4 backlight illumination levels: Super Sun (brightest), Sun, Day, and Pilot (least bright). It is not a problem to install a brighter unit in place of a darker unit but if you are replacing, for instance, a Super Sun monitor with a Day display, just be aware that in direct sunlight situations, it may be more difficult to see than your previous display.
