This item was a bit dusty, but we don’t believe it has ever had batteries in it. The flaps on either side of the viewing window will need to be readjusted by storing the unit with the flaps tensioned out.
It comes as shown with the manual, if for some reason it doesn’t work, buyers have 30 days to return.
