This RPU80 pump has been carefully refurbished in-house:

Pump head components cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner

Old fluid and debris were fully flushed out

All O-rings replaced

Motor disassembled and commutator polished

Brushes inspected and replaced as needed

We tested this unit on our hydraulic helm to confirm performance meets factory specifications. Test results:

13.35 Volts / 2.94 Amps (no load)

300 PSI Load / 7.26 Amps

500 PSI Load / 10.19 Amps

Fluid flow: ~0.8-1.0 LPM in both directions
