These came from a boatbuilder that needed to steal the bolt that attaches the top to the base as it was lost on an already-installed mount. Therefore, the two pieces shown are new but are missing parts - only comes with the parts shown in the photo. This would be idea for someone with this system where the connection has become corroded or the cable has been cut.
