These items were bench tested using a LF3000 and a J300x auto pilot computer with an AP20 control head. The interface boxes tested good with no issues.

We sell these service parts as “no returns” as we have found that oftentimes, customers will purchase these parts in the hopes that it fixes an issue and when it does not fix that issue, they will return the part. Those returns are costly as we then have to re-test the part before adding it back to stock, and when retesting a single part as opposed to a batch, the cost to do so exceeds the value of the part. We do guarantee the functionality of these parts, they have been individually tested on a live test jig, and we stand behind our work with a 90 day warranty. Warranty claims that result in “no fault found” will be charged a flat ½ hour bench fee of $87.50 or the cost of the part, whichever is less, and charged return shipping. Thanks for understanding.
