It is a 19″ Simrad/Hatteland glass bridge display, 24V DC only

Unit powers up ok, but we are not able to get any picture on the display.  This may be a video issue. Key pad is not responsive, Unit is missing case screws,  and the LCD has some scratches. Sold for parts, as is, No Returns.
