Simrad GC85 Gyro compass IMO approved Fully Tested working! GC85 Compass Only

This Gyro compass has been tested with a GC80/GC85 control unit and proved to be fully operational. (as shown in the pictures, the controller was used for testing and demonstration only. it is not included in this listing)

The gyro compass element it self has been balanced and fully tested. It ran over a 24 hour period with no heading deviation.

Please be aware that you might have to rebalance the element after installation. We have included balance weights with the system.

The date stamped on the gyro is 2009.

This compass is missing the cable cover, this has no effect on the functionality of the unit. Cosmetically this unit is clean but does have some minor signs of use.
