This listing includes a fully integrated Simrad autopilot system: autopilot computer, control head, compass, drive unit, and NMEA 2000 connection kit.
All components have been updated to the latest available software.
The system is currently configured for VRF (Virtual Rudder Feedback) mode. Instead of relying on a traditional rudder reference sensor—which can often be failure-prone—it uses advanced algorithms based on your vessel’s characteristics (captured during commissioning and refined during operation) to accurately estimate rudder position in real time.
If you prefer a traditional rudder feedback setup, the system is compatible with Simrad RF300, RF45X, RF25N, and RF70 sensors (sold separately).
Please note: Due to the wide range of vessel configurations, hydraulic fittings are not included. You will need to source fittings specific to your application.
