This AC42N/AC42 autopilot computer was tested using a jig that simulates normal operating conditions. This computer tested good.
Will work in place of AC42N (000-10867-001).
AC42 and AC42N are the exact same except the “N” version came from the factory with a NMEA2000 drop cable. There is zero difference other than that.
This computer can be used with NMEA 2000 but the cable would need to be replaced – We can do so at no additional charge, just let us know before purchasing.
