Rebuild Details
The pump was fully disassembled and cleaned, with all debris and old fluid removed
O-rings replaced as needed
Electric motor disassembled, commutator polished, and brushes inspected and replaced as required
Testing
Bench-tested on our hydraulic helm test setup
Verified amperage draw and fluid flow
All test results are within manufacturer specifications (see photos)
