This listing is for a used SeaStar PA1200-2 Power Assist Steering Pump. The unit has been professionally rebuilt in-house and thoroughly tested, delivering smooth and consistent hydraulic assist in both steering directions.

Designed to integrate with SeaStar hydraulic steering systems, the PA1200-2 significantly reduces steering effort and improves control—ideal for larger outboards, stern drives, and inboard applications.

Rebuild Details

Pump was fully disassembled and cleaned, with all debris and old fluid removed

O-rings replaced as needed

Electric motor disassembled, commutator polished, and brushes inspected and replaced as required

Testing

Bench-tested on our hydraulic helm test setup

Verified amperage draw and fluid flow

All test results are within manufacturer specifications (see photos)
