-This item, during testing, powered on and was able to successfully complete a RX/TX test, but the output power was far below the margin of error we view as a standard for all of our radios. we have identified this radio as faulty due to its low transmit power.

-All buttons and other functions work on this rt.

-There is no handset or cables included in this listing.
