For sale is a Raymarine Type 1 12V reversible hydraulic autopilot pump, fully rebuilt and tested, and in great working condition. ✅ Professionally Rebuilt This pump has been rebuilt in-house with a focus on reliability and performance: All pump head components were cleaned using an ultrasonic cleaner Debris and old fluid were thoroughly flushed out All O-rings were replaced The motor was disassembled, and the commutator was polished Brushes were inspected and replaced as needed ✅ Fully Bench-Tested To ensure performance meets factory specs, this unit was bench-tested on our hydraulic helm setup. Test results are as follows: Moves 1.2LPM of fluid. 3.07A-14.07V No Load. 6.40A-14.02V 300PSI Load. 9.13A-13.97V 500PSI Load. (All results are within manufacturer specifications.
