The item is New-Old-Stock and has never been installed. It will come in the factory packaging with all components including both keypads so you can make it Portrait or Landscape depending on your preference.
In our opinion, this is a must-have for any Raymarine display that is Touchscreen only. This keypad is an excellent backup if the touchscreen ever becomes unresponsive for any reason. **Please note: the touch functions of your touchscreen display must to be working to complete the initial pairing of the keypad to the display.**
