This display is the 10.4" Pathfinder display, not the smaller 7" variant.

Our testing is rigorous, we port test these units and should anything come up post-sale, we have the ability to deal with it – See diagnostics screens, and function screens for proof of functionality – every picture you see is of THIS unit, we don’t believe in stock pictures.

We tested this units, transducer port, GPS antenna via the SeaTalk port.  HSB2 was tested by connecting a DSM250 to produce sonar functions on the display.  All ports are intact with no damaged or corroded pins.

This unit falls into a small batch of units that were produced by Raymarine with an incorrectly programmed component on the CPU board.  This component generates the drive signals for the 200Khz transmitter.  This in turn makes the unit, while on 200Khz frequency, act as though it cannot obtain an accurate depth or bottom image.  This issue does not affect the 50Khz frequency.  For this reason, we are including a DSM250 Sonar module to take the place of the internal sonar functions of the display.  The DSM250 has been put through the same rigorous testing and was found to be fully functional.  We have included the necessary cables to connect the DSM250 to the L1250RC+.

We have updated the DSM250 to run the latest v2.24 software.
