Additional Notes: We have successfully tested all functions of this unit, including the NMEA port, SeaTalk port, card reader (no chart card included), radar port, SeaTalk HS port, video IN port, etc. All test shots are of THIS display, some are using peripherals that are not included. Should anything come up post-sale, we have the ability to deal with it – see diagnostics screens and function screens for proof of functionality and condition!
The unit was taken completely apart down to the chassis/lightbox and restored to white, eliminating the yellow hue sometimes found around the edges. Then meticulously reassembled.
This unit still retains the factory anti-glare coating on the acrylic lens to help with visibility in bright environments.
The operating system has been updated to the latest software version, v5.69, in order to run at peak performance.
