We received this Axiom Pro 12 S HybridTouch multifunction display and its accessories in the factory’s original packaging; however, it had been previously opened. They appear to be NEW and have never been used or installed. Still, to ensure proper functionality, we momentarily bench-tested the unit and updated the unit to the latest LightHouse IV v4.9.36.

If necessary, we can downgrade the software to match the LightHouse version your network is currently running. Please let us know when you make your purchase.
