Only what is pictured in the first photo will be included with the purchase.* The pins are in outstanding condition with NO corrosion. Bearings on both sides operate smoothly, and the base locking collar is intact with no cracks. Only minor cosmetic color fading is present The wind vane and cups are NEW. Please see our photos for proof of functionality and more regarding the condition.
