Additional Notes: This was part of a lot of marine electronics we acquired during a wholesale purchase. The AIS650 includes everything you see in the photos.

This AIS650 does not have an MMSI and was reset to defaults. We updated this AIS to the latest software. We confirmed the functionality of the USB port, Seatalk Ng, NMEA0183, GPS, and the VHF antenna port. We are able to program this AIS with your MMSI, please contact us for further details.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS AIS WILL DISPLAY A RED LIGHT UNTIL A VALID MMSI NUMBER HAS BEEN PROGRAMMED INTO IT. IF NO MMSI IS PROGRAMMED INTO THIS UNIT IT WILL ONLY RX AND NOT TX.

This unit was tested with a Furuno TZT14 (N2K), and a PC for both NMEA0183 and USB, NONE ARE INCLUDED!

PLEASE NOTE: This will have to be connected to your existing VHF antenna, if you already have a VHF radio installed you will need to purchase some sort of AIS splitter unless you have a dedicated AIS antenna.
