This is a mount for several radar models, and whatever you wish to put on the lower portion. Top radar mount has hole patterns for all Raymarine 18″ and 24″ Analog and Digital Radar domes (M92650 M92652, RD218, RD424, Digital, HD Digital, etc.), bottom is 6.25″ square and appears to have had either a searchlight or a thermal camera mounted to it.
Top is forward tilting and is 10″ high. There is some cracks in the welds where the searchlight/thermal camera extension platform joins the main mount. This can be inhibited by adding a thin piece of material directly under the searchlight section when mounting or can be ground out and repaired. Paint is mostly okay, a little pitted in a few spots.
