We recently acquired the inventory of a large marine parts distributor that went out of business. This is a new old stock item and is in good condition. The unit still has both factory seals in place and comes as shown in the photos.
We were able to determine that this is a Racor 4116-ADT 4201 Diesel Winter Plus Additive based on the part number located on the bottle. It is formulated to combat fuel icing and wax buildup, retards ice formation, and coats the system with a slip agent so ice will not cling and form plugs. Its formulation contains a cetane booster which enhances power delivery, starting, and helps engines run smoother and quieter.
