This unit is new/out-of-box and comes as shown. It was part of a large lot of items acquired from a project that was halted mid-refit after items were ordered and staged but before they were installed on the yacht.

This was part of a Pariani custom helm that was disassembled as it was customized for a particular boat. This appears to be a 19" touch monitor, likely used to control all boat systems as part of the Pariani automation package. If you have this exact unit and it has failed, it is likely a very expensive replacement part from Pariani. This is a 19" screen, overall dimensions are 19-5/16" X 12-1/4" X 1-3/4", cutout is 18" X 11". If using for another application, keep in mind that the menu buttons are on the rear of the display - it is really intended to be set to a single input and left there. It does have a very small air pocket on the bottom of the screen as shown in the photos.
