This Panasonic 17" monitor has been fully tested for functionality. It was found that this unit in a good working condition with all ports (VGA, Component, and Composite) working flawlessly. There is some sign of wear/usage with faint scratches on the bezel, but these imperfection doesn't affect the overall performance of the unit. While testing the unit, cold start screen looks flawless but as the unit warms up there is a pencil-shaped line on the screen see pic. Besides that this unit is good for an exact replacement for an existing one since it will come with on power cable.
