We recently went through our inventory of this “family” of displays and were able to put together a couple of nice ones. As you probably know, these displays are very difficult to find. This display was tested with GPS antenna, chart card, and sounder test set, and found to be fully functional – GPS antenna, chart card, and transducer are not included.

This is a Navman 8120 in a Northstar Casing (the Northstar casing was in excellent shape but with a bad Main Board, so we swapped the Navman main board into the rest of the Northstar parts to make a very nice looking unit), identical in form and function to a Northstar M121, and almost the same as the Simrad NX45 with the exception of the front bezel design.

There is a tiny bit of separation of the optical bond in the lower left corner, which looks like a bubble around the outer edge of the screen. This has no effect on functionality or longevity but is mentioned in the spirit of full disclosure – most, if not all of these units experience this cosmetic issue at some point, this one is way better than others. Also, the bezel is missing a couple of locking tabs, we would suggest a couple small dabs of silicone to adhere it to the unit once installed.
