This is a Northstar/Koden MDS-2 Radar Interface Box that was bench tested on a Northstar 6000i with an RB716A 4KW Open array.
This MDS-2 Box is to be used with either a Northstar 6000i or 6100i Display and works with RB716A 4Kw Open Arrays or RB715A 4Kw Radomes.
This is used on some Sitex, Koden, Northstar, Simrad, Maptech, Nobeltec, Sea Ray Navigator Systems, and possibly other PC/RadarPC-based systems.
PLEASE NOTE: All of these MDS-2s DO NOT come with a data cable!
