This Northstar was removed from a boat being refit with new electronics.
All functions have been tested – keypad is OK, card reader is OK, GPS engine OK, NMEA port’s OK, sounder port OK, back light inverter OK, Updated to latest software version 7.76.
This is similar to the 6000i except this 6100i can read Navionics platinum plus charts and can-do satellite weather.
This listing is for display, suncover, mounting studs only.
This listing will not include the following items, cables, chart cards or any peripherals used to test.
This unit is NOT bonded therefore will NEVER have a delaminating issue as most other units have over time.
ALL OF THE BUTTON’S WORK! YES, EVEN THE ONES ON THE CHART DOOR. We recommend that to keep these buttons working, you only open the chart door partially
when inserting the card and do not remove the card once inserted if you don’t have to.
PLEASE NOTE: May have scuffs/scratches. We placed a 6100i in a 6000i back case for cosmetic purposes. Unit is in great overall condition.
THESE ISSUES MENTIONED ABOVE WILL NOT BE COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY
Tests were performed using peripherals that are not included (GPS Antenna, Sounder Module, etc.). Includes the head unit only.
