For our test, we connected one end to AC power and with a multimeter, we connected it to red and black wires ( POWER AND GROUND) and we got 24VDC out. This item would be great for LED fishing lights, LED dock lighting, or LED high bay lighting. This item does not come with any instructions or manuals, but there is a data sheet online you can view.
