Lowrance LCX-38c HD Fishfinder Chartplotter – Fully Functional but Card Reader Issue

We are selling a Lowrance LCX-38c HD that has an issue with the bottom card reader. The card reader screw is missing and the ferrule on the main unit is also missing, it looks like someone may have tried to extract it as there is a small hole there and the gasket is a little damaged. The upper card reader freezes the unit when a card is inserted. For these reasons, we are selling for parts/repair.

All other functions, including sounder functionality, nmea 2000 port, and enet port have been tested and are okay. Software is the latest version, 2.5.00
