Additional Notes: This is a new replacement unit for your non-functional Lewmar Pro-Fish 1000 Windlass. It is an open box unit that was stocked at a boat repair shop – the solenoid and switch were removed to fix a boat that was on a tight timeline, leaving a new windlass that we can sell at a significant savings over buying “new” as most often, the switch and solenoid are fine.
This comes as shown with mounting studs and gasket. This would be a perfect replacement for a person with a Pro-Fish 1000 that has experienced a mechanical failure in the windlass itself.
While this won’t qualify for factory warranty, Max Marine Electronics warrants it for 90 days.
