We purchased a bunch of face plates along with various other inventory from a local installer. Each face plate is assumed to be working, we do not have the ability to test each face plate. If a customer is less than satisfied with their purchase or the item is not functioning as it should, we do offer a 30 day return period from the date of delivery.
