Comes as shown, this is what was kitted with certain ICOM tuners, this one was with an AT-130. Comes as shown with what’s shown – hardware, clamp kit w/u-bolts, ground wire, etc. Some kits are missing the white rubber piece – some kits have it, some don’t.
