We acquired this AIS 215 from a vessel being refit with new electronics.
We tested this unit for RX/TX/WX, checked modulation, checked power out, and also, the frequency of error for transmitting.
This unit does not have an mmsi, and is ready for yours!
This radio comes in a box with other items that were for a new 210VHF, but previous installer did not use many of the new parts, which all work with the 215vhf.
This receiver will need to be connected to a VHF antenna
