We had an issue with customers returning items because they mistakenly purchased the wrong component for the wrong system, the part didn’t solve their problem, or one of several other reasons.  In an effort to mitigate this and ensure that our customers purchase the equipment they are able to use, we are offering these with no returns. We will continue to warranty this equipment for 90 days, as we do all other tested working equipment, but we will no longer accept returns for any reason.  It is not our intention to be unfair or unreasonable, but returns are very costly for us – we must retest every item that comes back to maintain our strict quality control.
