The display has been powered on and tested, including: All 4 network ports have been tested, ensuring seamless connection to other devices in your marine network. The NMEA 2000 port was tested. All 4 video outputs were tested. This Garmin GPSMap 8215 has been updated to the latest software version available (version 11.30), providing the most recent features, fixes, and enhancements from Garmin.
In addition to the standard functionality checks, this unit has been professionally serviced to address common issues found in the 8000 series.
The most frequent issue with the 8000 series is LCD degradation. This unit has undergone an LCD screen replacement, restoring it to its original clarity and brightness.

Please Note: This unit has the Ses Hunter logo during boot-up. This is only seen while unit is booting up. This will not change the functionality of this unit in any way, this is purely cosmetic. The LCD screen on this unit has a small air pocket that is purely cosmetic and do not impact the functionality of the device.
