This listing is for a used Garmin 4008. This Garmin GPSMAP 4008 has undergone thorough testing to ensure its complete functionality. The device has been checked across all key features and ports, confirming optimal performance. All 3 network ports have been tested, ensuring seamless connection to other devices in your marine network. The NMEA 2000 port was verified for proper connectivity. The chart card reader was thoroughly tested, confirming that it reads and loads charts correctly without issues. The video output port was also tested to ensure it functions properly for external display connections.
Please note: During production, Garmin used two different styles of connectors for the Power, NMEA0183, and Video ports:
(1) Full-Threaded connectors, where cables must be threaded onto the connection points.
(1) Half-Twist connectors, which require a half-turn in the correct direction to ensure the connector is securely seated.
This unit is equipped with Full-Threaded Power, NMEA0183, and Video connectors. Please verify that your cables are compatible before purchasing.
