This listing is for a used Garmin GPSMap 1042xsv. This Garmin GPSMap 1042xsv has undergone thorough testing to ensure its complete functionality. The device has been checked across all key features and ports, confirming optimal performance. Both network ports have been tested, ensuring seamless connection to other devices in your marine network. The NMEA 2000 port was verified for proper connectivity. Chart card 1 and 2 was thoroughly tested, confirming that it reads and loads charts correctly without issues. Internal GPS and video in port was also tested to ensure it functions properly for external display connections. 12-pin transducer port tested good.
Please Note: This unit has a small crack on the top left corner of the bezel, which has been professionally sealed to prevent any potential water intrusion. Once the trim bezel is installed, the crack is no longer visible and does not affect performance in any way.
Additionally, the non-slip rubber grip around the rotary knob has been removed, most likely due to deterioration over time that caused it to become sticky. The rotary knob itself remains in excellent working order and operates smoothly. Overall, the unit is in great cosmetic condition, has been fully tested, and is in 100% functional working order.
