This is a new old stock antenna. It includes everything – 3 mounts, the rate adjustment resistor (necessary for installation on all GPSMAP 2000 and 3000 series units), cable, instructions, etc. This was purchased but never used and spent some time in the back of a service vehicle which is why the packaging is a little worse for the wear.
