This NAVnet VX2 Black Box was bench-tested and verified as fully functional. We also updated the software to the latest version for optimal performance.

This listing includes the black box (rpu-015) and keypad control Unit (RCU-017), as well as the data cable for connecting the keypad to the black box, and a sun cover and mounting bracket with hardware for the keypad. *The sun cover for the RCU-017 was painted, mainly for aesthetic purposes.*

This black box is programmed for Navionics chart cards and is not compatible with C-MAP chart cards. It can be converted to C-MAP after purchase. If you’d like us to perform the conversion before shipping, please let us know. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs associated with post-sale conversion.

***PLEASE NOTE: This unit was tested using shop equipment and is being sold as a drop-in replacement for a downed black box. If it is being purchased for a new install, it will need a power cable, radar antenna unit (see ‘Compatible Parts’ section of this listing), GPS antenna for position, and a sounder module for depthfinding.
