Additional Notes: This Furuno 1834C/NT Navnet VX2 Radar system is in good used condition and was fully bench tested. We also updated this unit with the latest software version for optimum performance. This is a C-MAP unit intended to work with C-MAP SD format chart cards. WILL NOT WORK WITH NAVIONICS CARTOGRAPHY, but we can convert it to do so if desired after purchase. This is a 4 KW, 36 mile Dome Radar system. This is an excellent system for boaters and fishermen looking to track storms, avoid boats and other obstacles, and navigate through fog and at night. Please note: this system shows signs of wear and previous use, including mild discoloration on the front bezel, minor artifacts on screen, and some oxidation on the back case of the display. The radar has some scuffs on the outer dome and other minor cosmetic blemishes (Please see pictures). Otherwise, the system works great with no impact on performance. As you can see, the system is fully functional: it picks up targets well, the inside of the dome is in good condition, and all cables, sealing grommets, etc. for the dome antenna are included. The system as a whole is in great used condition. Chart card & sounder module are not included. Any photos taken of this equipment are to demonstrate functionality of components of the system (network port for sounder, data port for GPS, card reader for chart, etc). As the system is listed, it is a Radar only. If you would like to add chartplotter functionality, you will need a cartography card and a GPS antenna. You can also expand this system to add sounder functionality by adding a sounder module and transducer. *********No GPS antenna, chart card, or sounder module included, however they are available for purchase separately.*********
