These were liquidated from a marine electronics company that went out of business. Both power on, the IC-215 is marked “No Phone Calls” and the IB-583 is marked “powers up good”. We know nothing more than that. Sold as is as described no returns. Only sold as a lot.

Cosmetically, both are in good condition and include the floppy disk. Clear door over the distress button is missing on the IC-215. No Cables included.
