We acquired this GP-1670F from someone who was installing new electronics on their boat.
We tested the unit and found that the internal sounder does not work. 200KHZ will not get bottom and 50KHZ never gets to 50KHZ only stays at 100KHZ
All other functions tested good. The internal GPS works fine.
For these reasons mentioned above we are selling this display FOR PARTS OR REPAIR.
It will be sold AS IS with NO RETURNS
This includes:
- GP-1670F – display is OK used condition. Glass has water spots on it (less visible once powered on), polarizer damage on LCD, and the internal sounder does not work. Both the N2K port and the EXT antenna port have oxidation on them but they still function.
We performed a software update on this unit.
This is just the head unit only. Cables, suncover, mounts, antennas, or transducers are not included.
