It is used and is in great condition.
We do not have the compatible AT1503 tuner to test the tuner output. But we suspect that it is fully function just like the rest of the radio.
The transceiver indicates tune and modulates on Freqs: 2-22Mhz with power >100 watts.
The radio also had great receiver sensitivity.
