We updated this radar to the latest software version 1.18, which allows this radar to work with the TZ models.
The radar has been fully tested on our bench and is in excellent working condition.
PLEASE NOTE: This radar can unlock the ARPA function with the use of your MFD (MFD8/12/BB, TZT, TZT2, TZT3), you just need to connect a GPS antenna and a heading sensor to your existing NMEA2000 network. Please look at the MFD manual for more information on how to properly use ARPA.
***There is no power supply included because this was on an MFD12 system. This will work without a power supply for an MFDBB or an MFD12. For all TZ models and MFD8, you will need a PSU-012 unit.***
PLEASE NOTE: If you want to connect this radar up to any TZ models or MFD8, a PSU-012 is required. Please send us a message to check if we have one available.
What’s Included:
- DRS6a – Excellent used condition. We had the pedestal painted.
- XN12A/4 – Good used condition, minor scuffs and scratches. 4 foot array
- Interconnect Cable – 10M, made in house. See note below
- Our cable uses an electronically shielded data wire, and an unshielded power wire, whereas the Furuno cable uses a shielded power and shielded data wire.
