Additional Notes: This radar was part of a system that was removed from a boat being refit with all-new electronics. This radar is great for birds and has been tested on our bench. It is in great working condition. We updated this radar to the latest software version 1.18, which allows this radar to work with any TZtouch MFD. The jumper (included) will have to be installed in the PSU, for this radar to work with any TZtouch MFD. PLEASE NOTE: This radar has the ability to unlock the ARPA function with the use of your MFD (NavNet 3D’s, TZT, TZT2’s, TZT3), you just need to connect a GPS antenna and a heading sensor to your existing system. Please refer to the MFD manual for further information on how to properly use ARPA. The jumper must be removed if installed with an MFD8, MFD12, or MFDBB. We are including wiring diagrams for both the PSU-013 and the DRS25a, please refer to these once you wire the DRS. If you have a red light on the PSU-013, this indicates a fault, which is usually because the wiring is wrong. THE 3-PIN CONNECTOR DOES NOT GO INTO THE NMEA2000 TERMINAL BLOCK INSIDE THE DRS. IN THIS INSTANCE, YOU MUST USE THE GREEN WIRE IN PLACE OF THE BLUE WIRE!!! If you desire to have a 6 ft antenna instead of a 4 ft for this Radar, we can check if any used antennas are available and replace them for you at NO ADDITIONAL COST! New ones will have to be purchased separately. Please contact us before purchasing this listing.
