This unit is in excellent cosmetic condition. We are including the three cables that normally come with it. The unit was removed from a boat being refit with new electronics. We do not have the ability to test as we lack a complete system to add this to for testing, but we do guarantee functionality - buyers have 30 days to evaluate the unit and ensure that it is functional. We were able to apply power to the unit and confirm that the green status LED does come on.
